Optiwatt is the seller of record and handles all customer support, returns, and refunds.


Return Eligibility & Duration

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain products may be non-returnable due to manufacturer restrictions or hygiene and safety considerations. Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page.

Optiwatt will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by Optiwatt

  • Return shipping costs may vary depending on the product and reason for return

  • If a return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Optiwatt will cover return shipping


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Optiwatt

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
